The Per-Envelope Problem

You shouldn't pay a toll every time someone signs their name.

The big signing services meter you like a taxi. Every lease, every agreement, every "one more signer" runs the meter — and the busier your year gets, the bigger the bill gets.

Signature.direct works the other way. No envelope counts, no caps, no overage fees. And during early access, members send for free.

A year with a per-envelope service
Monthly plan (envelope caps apply)$480+
Extra envelopes past your cap$3–$7 each
Extra users on the accountMore per seat
Early access members pay$0

Every document, every signer, every reminder — included.

How It Works

Three steps. About two minutes.

Sending requires a member login. Your signers never need one — they just tap the link and sign.

One

Log in, upload & place

Sign in to your send console and drag your PDF onto it. Drop signature, initial, date, and text fields exactly where they belong. Save it as a template and never set it up again.

Two

Send by email or text

Add your signers in order. Each one gets a secure link that works on any phone, tablet, or computer — no account, no app, no printing.

Three

Signed copy returns

Watch the status move from Sent to Viewed to Signed. The finished PDF comes back to everyone automatically, sealed with a completion certificate.

Everything Included

The features the other guys charge extra for.

No tiers to climb. No add-ons to buy. Every member account gets all of it.

Reusable templates

Set up your lease or agreement once. After that it's pick, type an email, send.

Live status tracking

Sent, Viewed, Signed — with timestamps. Know they opened it Tuesday and haven't signed.

Automatic reminders

Unsigned documents get a polite nudge on their own. You never have to chase.

Multiple signers, in order

Tenant signs first, then it routes to you to countersign. Up to ten signers per document.

Completion certificate

Every signed document gets a final page recording who signed, when, and from where.

Text-message delivery

Send the signing link by SMS. People sign faster from a text — and it never hits a spam folder.

Your name on everything

Your logo and business name on the signing page and every email. Signers see you, not us.

Void, resend, expire

Cancel a sent document in one click. Links expire on your schedule and dead links stay dead.

Built Like It's a Legal Document

Because it is one.

Signed agreements are the paper trail of your business. We treat every document like it may need to hold up someday — because it might.

Questions

Asked and answered.

Are the signatures legally binding?

Yes. Electronic signatures are legally recognized in the United States under the federal ESIGN Act and state UETA laws. Every document also gets a completion certificate recording who signed, when, and their consent to sign electronically — the record that matters if a signature is ever questioned.

Do my signers need an account or an app?

No. Only the sender logs in. Your signers get a link by email or text, tap it, and sign right in their browser — phone, tablet, or computer. Nothing to download, nothing to sign up for.

What does it cost?

Nothing right now. During early access, member accounts are free with every feature included and no document limits. When paid plans arrive, early members keep a locked founding price — and there will never be per-envelope fees.

How do I get an account?

Click "Request an account" and send us a note. Accounts are created personally, by invitation — there's no public sign-up form. Most requests are set up the same day, and we'll walk you through your first send.

What kinds of documents can I send?

Any PDF: leases, purchase agreements, vendor contracts, waivers, consent forms, offer letters. If it needs a signature, initials, dates, or filled-in fields, it works here.

Are my documents mine?

Always. Download every signed document anytime — no ransom, no export fee. If you ever leave, your documents go with you.

Ready When You Are Get it signed.

Your next lease, agreement, or contract could be signed and back in your inbox within the hour.
